If you are not satisfied with the LnxVPN service, please inform us via email at support@lnxvpn.com. Our team will work to resolve service configuration issues that may hinder the experience. We recommend attempting troubleshooting first before requesting a refund.

Terms of Refund

If you are dissatisfied with the service quality, app performance, or any other issues unresolved by our support team, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee. According to our policy, you can request a refund by contacting our support team. Refund periods are 14 days for the “1-Month Plan” and 30 days for the “2-Mont and 3-Mont Plans.” To initiate a refund, respond to the support team’s email within the specified period. A confirmation email will be sent regarding your refund. State your reason for the refund clearly for a swift review process. Refund requests without a reason will not be considered.

If your refund is approved, it may take up to 10 days for the funds to reflect in your account. If you do not receive the funds within 10 days, contact us at support@lnxvpn.com, and we will promptly assist you.

Note: Payments made with cryptocurrencies are non-refundable. Be cautious when selecting the correct coin as we are not responsible for lost transactions due to user error. Refunds will not be issued for service disruptions due to provider or government-level interruptions.

Single-Use Refund

You are eligible for a refund only once under this guarantee. Subsequent purchases will not be eligible for refunds. Auto-renewed subscriptions are non-refundable. Once approved, you will retain access to free servers, but premium locations will be restricted.

In-App Purchases

Purchases made via Google Play Market are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Please contact Google Play support directly for assistance. Note that canceling the subscription on Google Play does not automatically guarantee a refund. Contact Google Play support for further details when canceling such a purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. If the subscription is auto-renewed, you may cancel through your account settings or by contacting our support at support@lnxvpn.com with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next billing cycle. We expect polite and respectful communication with our support team. In cases of threatening or abusive behavior, we reserve the right to restrict access to support services or terminate your subscription.
